How do i get rid of a runny nose and small fever?

Firstly my sister got cold and she had runny nose for 2 days. After that I got runny nose plus my step mom. I’ve had runny nose last 3 days, yesterday and day before yesterday it was worst then today but it is still running a little bit. Also I have a small, 37C(98F) fever and I feel tired and overheated.
Drink plenty of fluids and take vitamin C and D.
