Can post nasal drip cause nausea?

I dont know what is going on but lately I have been feeling sightly nauseous all the time. But it isnt exactly like my stomach turning, it is a feeling more in my throat. The only way I can describe it is like when you take a pill and you feel it hit the back of your throat and start to go down and you get kinda grossed out and nauseous from the feeling.
I have been getting seriously dry sinuses or atleast thats what I thought it was… and almost every morning I get nose bleeds.
No I dont do drugs so the annoying kids can keep their mouths shut.
If it is post nasal drip, how can I stop it?
Yes it can cause it.
Take an allergy med. I use Wal-Mart’s brand that is like Claritin.

Yes this can cause anauseous feeling !iFor the dry sinuses I take and use the saline spray for the nose it realy hepls!!!! and i have to take Benadryl allergy and sinus for help. with the allergies and sinus .I have been to the doctor and was put on all sorts of sinus and alergy med’s but, i want a more natural approach to the problem so for now this is what i do as mentioned above.Hope this helps.Good Luck!SC
