How do i cure my post-nasal drip?/ chronic sore throat?

For the past 2 days i have had a really sore post-nasel drip caused by a cold. I have red lumps on the back of my tong and mucus everywhere including drenching my toncils. I know i don’t have strep because i had it bad as a kid and theres no puss on my toncils! Any suggestions besides Benidryl?

Sudephed will dry you up. But it dries out ALL of your mucous membranes. Drink plenty of water and plenty of hot fluids to help dissolve the mucous in the back of your throat. And just remember. It should run it’s course in a week or two.
