Post Nasal Drip, a condition wherein the liquid or mucous builds up in the back of the throat. Post Drip could be a common occurrence however can cause a lot of health implications when you fail to rinse, flush nasal cavities on a regular basis.

There could be a lot of implications when you have a Post Drip. Not only is it definite that you will have bad breath which can cause your mouth to rot. Post Drip also causes Congestion, a health condition wherein there is an excessive mucous build up in the mouth and in the throat.

When excessive mucous blocks the passage, it is common for you to have difficulty in breathing. As the build up pushes on, infection in the mouth, throat and nasal can also occur.

Post Drip can also cause Sinus Infection which can then cause sinus headache. If this condition worsens, operation in the sinus could be your only option.

The most common symptom of Post Nasal Drip is bad breath. The two conditions are closely related to one another. If you constantly notice an awful smell in the mouth but know for a fact that you are taking of your hygiene well and eat nothing but healthy foods and actually have a very healthy lifestyle, it would be best for you to consult with a doctor or a dentist.
