I do tend to get sinus problems… but how do i know if my sore throat is from post nasal drip … or an actual throat infection? how would i know if i need antibiotics?
Check out your phlem if it’s greenish get the meds. I always spit the phlem out no matter what. Sore throat just gargle.

Still havin’ a hard time with my post nasal drip (Post-nasal drip (PND) occurs when excessive mucus is produced by the sinuses. The excess mucus accumulates in the throat or back of the nose).

does having post nasal drip cause your voice to break or crack at all?
you might have acid reflux disease. it causes you to have post nasal drip and it can irritate your vocal cords as well. even if you never get heartburn you can still have it.

My nose isn’t really stuffy at all but I have this constant drip in the back of my throat and I keep having to swallow. It’s almost 6:30 AM and I can’t sleep cause it’s really annoying. What can I do to fix it? I’ve had it for the past few days. How much longer will it last?
If it’s just temporary…simply get an over the counter cold remedy to ‘dry’ things up…ask pharmacist for best recommendation
