This is the original 1998 video, that started it all, and shows how to use the SinuCleanse Neti Pot. The neti pot is the natural for adults and children. Sinuses are spaces in the bones to the face. There are four sets of sinuses in the cheeks, between the eyes, in the forehead and one in the back of the nose. It is normal for the sinuses to produce thin watery mucus about a quarter day in an average adult. This mucus soothes and duplicates the inside of the nose and throat. The mucus needs to flow out of the sinuses into the nose to small openings connecting the sinuses with the nose. Once in the nose the drainage flows backwards down the throat and swallowed. As long as the mucus stays thin and watery you don't detect they are running down the back your throat. If the mucus gets think however the sensation of post nasal drip occurs. Thick post nasal drainage can cause throat clearing, clot, bad breath and sometimes even nausea and vomiting. The sinuses are aligned with microscopic hair called cilia. The moving cilia direct the mucus out of the sinuses and into the nose. The delicate cilia are easily damaged by infection, allowing think mucus to pull in sinuses. This causes ...

I have lived with ENS for 23 years. I did some research recently and found the described method with the glycerine/ glucosesyrup mixture and its effect on becteria, and found it really good. Make sure every ingredient is PRESERVATIVE FREE. If you use Glycerine BP grade it normally is preservative free. Instead of glucose syrup you can just mix a teaspoon of glucose powder with a teaspoon of water. Instead of Glucose you can use organic honey. At the moment I am using this mixture and it works even better. You can apply the mixture with Q-tips with a piece of tissue wrapped around it to get a sufficient amount in. You need to get in really a lot! Use a fresh tip everytime yo dip it into the mixture so t keeps for a few days. 1:1 Honey to glycerine is good. But IMO it doesn't really matter. I have also said in the film, that flushing the nose with salt-solution should be avoided. Some people say that this is not true. But I found new evidence for that recently in a study which said that the salt (NaCL) inhibits the cilia function. The cilia are the little skin flaps that transport the mucus. I still believe that you should not flush regularly with NaCL solution, only if you have a cold. But I found a better substance instead of normal salt: Lite Salt which you can get very cheap in every supermarket. It consists of 1:1 KCL and Nacl. The Kalium choride in it is much gentler to the membranes and even can heal them. I find this solution so good I flush my nose again 1-2 times ...

I heard this song last night and fell in love with it. I didn't think it was in my range, but then I tried, and I managed to sing it. And I sung it well. So, then I got to recording, and after an hour of practice, got this. :) Oh. And I sung this after a 2-day throat issue. I have a chronic sore throat, and post-nasal drip and after coughing stuff up 2 nights in a row... I sill sung like this. xD Impressed? Oh. And the video glitched, so it may be just black after a second or two of the picture. :/ But oh well. That's not the point of the video. c:
