Directions
Prepare saline according to directions ( 1 tsp /16 oz of water). Adjust flow control knob so stream is apoprox 1 “above the bulb. Place sinus tip up against one nostril and allow solution to flow out the other nostril. Do this for about 8 oz of half the tank and switch sides. Rinse unit with clear water after each use.
