I have this buttock muscle pain for about 6 days, I can’t even walk. This was after my allergies and sinus infection. I use a cane to walk now.
Buttock pain and difficulty walking sounds a lot like sciatica.
In all probability, not at all related to the sinus infection.

My cleaning lady OVERDOSED on the bleach and pine-sol in my house and I have this irritating post-nasal drip from the fumes….literally the soap rinsed off my hands made the porcelain sizzle from so much cleaser and bleach being used.
YES!!!!!! it has happened to me,You can litteraly burn away the mucus membraine in your sinuses.The m.m. is the mucus that foreign bodies are attatched to,and carried away by the body.If the sinuses are irratated,there will be an access of m.m. discharge and you sinuses will be volnerable to foreign bodies.(I.E. dust,pollens thus,SINUSITUS!) I beleive this is a VIRAL infection which means no antibiotics will cure this.You can use OCEAN nasal conditioner,This will help sooth and rebuild your sinuses.In the mean time,Lots of vitamin C and zinc. bed rest.
