Olive Leaf Extract (OLE) is a natural anti-microbial and IT WORKS! (UPDATE: The only generally available brand I've found that consistently WORKS is the SPRING VALLEY OLE brand! It's standardized w/ 20% Oleuropein, and easily found at Wal Mart. I wish I could say all standardized brands work just as well, but they don't! The fact that Spring Valley is also about the VERY CHEAPEST and most WIDELY DISTRIBUTED brand is just a PLUS!) It's saved me a lot of pain, appointments and prescription costs. Fatigue, earaches, headaches, depression, spaciness, stuffiness - GONE! I don't sell or promote any supplement brand or store. And don't be confused by all that "our special OLE ingredients work better" hype. Just pop 2-6 capsules (pref. on an empty stomach, if it doesn't upset it) and FEEL RELIEF IN HOURS. Be sure to TAKE ENOUGH capsules to let it work - don't worry, even taking a load of it CAN'T hurt you! Forget all the other fancy, expensive sinus "cures," herbal combinations, and aromatic inhalants you might see elsewhere. They just aren't as fast or effective - if they work at all. It's still a good idea to add nasal rinses and antihistamine/allergy meds/herbs to help clear the nose and prevent later infections. But let OLE do the heavy lifting for you. I also haven't had much luck with Olive Leaf nasal sprays or rinses (nasty!). But simply swallowing Olive Leaf capsules quickly kills off the present germs.
